We do not accept exchanges, process refunds, or cancellations after the order is placed. If the item you purchased is defective we may within our discretion assist with replacing a new garment.

Under normal circumstances orders received for replacement by 3 PM, EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after the 3 PM it is not guaranteed to go out the same day.
